Technology related workforce is becoming a dominant employment opportunity in developed countries. However gaining a position in tech workforce is often regarded as unattainable. It is especially regarded as very low likely for women at risk. The purpose of this event is to identify areas on how women can be empowered and encouraged to take positions tech workforce. Blue Tulip Human Rights Center, intends to demonstrate that women at risk can be transitioned into tech workforce by providing mentorship, technical and career support. For this purpose, Blue Tulip Human Rights Center will collaborate with local tech workforce preparation corporates which are specialized in coding, testing, automation, and information assurance.
